Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item.
Simply enclose a copy of your packing list with the items that are being returned highlighted or circled along with a brief explanation for the return or exchange. Send the package UPS ground or through the US Postal Service. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. CODs are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

If the package was damaged during shipment or was drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, please call (936) 598-8310 or contact us via e-mail before sending in your return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
