Product Warranties: All products are brand new with full manufacturer's warranty. Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
To return an item, please contact us at 1-800-477-9160 within 30 days of receipt of item to get a Return Authorization or login to your account and view your completed orders to request a Return Authorization.
Once you receive a Return Authorization, simply enclose a copy of the packing slip with the items being returned highlighted or circled along with a brief explanation for the return or exchange and reference your original order number.
Send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service. For your protection, please insure the package for its full content. COD's are not accepted.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. For any item returned not in compliance with these terms, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product retail value may be assessed. There is no restocking fee for an even exchange.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Credit card refunds are available 24 hours after your initial purchase time. Refunds can take 24 to 48 hours to post to your credit card account after the refund has been issued.
All closeout and clearance merchandise (items ending in .88) sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammuntion.
Wulfoutdoorsports.com is not responsible for prices, offers or discounts displayed or calculated in error. A purchase is not finalized until the item is either shipped or picked up in store. Orders placed in error are subject to refund or cancelation.
If your package was damaged in shipping, please call us at 1-800-477-9160 or contact us via email at returns@wulfoutdoorsports.com before sending in your return. Please keep the original shipping container and packing intact for the UPS claim.
Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) was defective or shipped in error. We will NOT refund shipping charges or pay for the item to be returned.
